9th Grade Experience

To be honest, it wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be. Everyone is nice but it's harder to know everybody since there are so many more students compared to middle school. Finals were nothing like the SBAC testing I had in middle school. Looking back, I regret the stuff I did in middle school because it's so easy compared to what I deal with now. Bánh mì

Bánh mì is a Vietnamese sandwich that contains a fusion of meats and veggies from Vietnamese cuisine plus condiments from French cuisine like pâtéjalapeño, and mayonnaise. The sandwich became a popular street food in the 1950s in Saigon. In Rosemead, there is actually a place that is named after Saigon that sells Bánh mì. Banh Mi Saigon 168 is located in The Square plaza. I prefer the sandwiches at Banh Mi & Che Cali though which is also located in Rosemead.
